红七军北上东征过全州时，从全州龙水镇桥渡出发，曾分道行进，一路走广西大马路即湘桂古道从桥渡至花水桥过大喜塘、里安岭至枫木山，另一路走万全小官道（万全古道、万全里道）从桥渡到塘湾里、河口里、新屋里（新大喜塘）、大新湾里至枫木山。2024年1月3日，笔者在全州镇大新村委大喜塘自然村王先初等村民的陪同下，专门考察了红七军先辈走过的古道。拍摄留存。
