9月21日，四川木里县警方通报，9月4日，木里县瓦厂镇夺卡村2岁女童吴某雨失踪。
9月16日15时许，在位于瓦厂镇夺卡村甲子店组大水沟板板桥附近的乱石空隙中发现吴某雨尸体。综合调查走访、视频回溯、现场勘查和尸体检验等工作，吴某雨符合寒冷、饥饿等因素所致死亡，排除刑事案件。
