9月19日下午，第二届（2025年）里院喜剧节在青岛里院街区正式拉开帷幕。当日阴雨不断，但当日里院街区的游行队伍仍吸引了大量游客的目光，各色卡通人物徐徐而过，所到之处表演精彩、欢笑不断，人们纷纷拍摄留念。
