9月18日，上海建工涨停，实现5连板，截至收盘，报3.88元/股，总市值至344.77亿元，成交额超86亿元，创年近4年新高。一位82岁的退休投资者（网称“建工爷叔”），自2013年以6元/股重仓50万元，经历2015年牛市股价涨至17元未抛，后持续补仓，成本降至3.8元/股。以目前上海建工股价计算“爷叔”已成功解套。
