吴说获悉，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）发布文件（Release No. 34-103995），批准 Nasdaq、Cboe BZX 和 NYSE Arca 三大交易所的规则变更提案，允许采用商品型信托份额（Commodity-Based Trust Shares）的通用上市标准。该决定将使符合相关标准的商品信托产品可通过简化流程在交易所上市交易。
