财联社9月17日电，太古地产宣布，公司与陆家嘴集团在中国内地一起建造的首个住宅项目“陆家嘴太古源 源邸”，第三批次推出的83套住宅首日售出79套，实现销售额36亿元。项目开盘十个月以来，累计销售额已突破96亿元，占目前已推售房源总量的97.3%。
