You’re so cringe.
这是一种比较口语化、带点嫌弃或调侃的表达。
字面意思：你太“让人尴尬/恶心”了。常用来形容某人的行为或言语很做作、尴尬、让人起鸡皮疙瘩，不自然到让人难受。
举几个例子：
A：Look at my cool dance moves! （看我超酷的舞步！）
