格隆汇9月17日丨东方海洋(002086.SZ)公布，公司于近日获悉国元基金通过大宗交易的方式于2025年9月16日减持公司股份共计15,865,000股，减持股份占公司总股本的0.81%。本次减持后，国元基金持有公司股份176,315,727股，持股比例由9.81%变更为9.00%，变动触及1%的整数倍。本次减持属于持股5%以上股东实施前期已披露的股份减持计划。
