新京报讯 据应急管理部消息，据气象部门预报，9月17日至22日，华西地区有强降水，其中重庆西部、陕西南部等地部分地区有大暴雨。
根据《国家防汛抗旱应急预案》有关规定，国家防总决定于9月17日11时针对重庆、陕西启动防汛四级应急响应。
