【外媒：日本全国平均地价刷新1992年以来最大涨幅】据日本共同社，日本国土交通省16日公布了7月1日时的都道府县地价(基准地价)，住宅用地、商业用地及所有类型用地的全国平均地价连续4年上涨，均刷新泡沫经济崩溃后大跌的1992年以来最大涨幅。所有类型用地的涨幅为1.5%，较上年扩大0.1个百分点。(中新经纬APP)
