北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 实习记者 王悦彤） 9月16日，有友食品发布公告称，公司副总经理兼董事会秘书肖传志因个人职业发展规划辞去职务，离任时间为2025年9月15日，原定任期到期日为2025年11月22日。肖传志辞职后不再在公司及其控股子公司担任任何职务，且未持有公司股份。公司董事会指定董事、财务总监崔海彬代行董事会秘书职责，并将尽快完成董事会秘书的选聘工作。
