格隆汇9月16日丨兆邦基生活(01660.HK)发布公告，董事会建议将公司的英文名称由“Zhaobangji Lifestyle Holdings Limited”更改为“Seven Elements Investment Holdings Limited”，以及采纳中文名称“七元投资控股有限公司”为其新双语外文名称，以代替现有中文名称“兆邦基生活控股有限公司”。建议更改公司名称须待于股东特别大会上由股东通过特别决议案以批准建议更改公司名称及开曼群岛公司注册处批准建议更改公司名称后，方可作实。
