贝因美（002570）发布公告，原董事会秘书金志强因工作需要申请辞职，自2025年9月15日起生效。金志强辞职后仍担任公司董事、副总经理及财务总监。金志强通过第五期员工持股计划间接持有12万股公司股份。
公司于2025年9月15日召开董事会，决定聘任副总经理方路遥为新董事会秘书，任期至第九届董事会届满。
2025年中期，贝因美实现收入13.55亿元，归母净利润7405万元。
