9月12日，北大医药（000788）发布公告，股东北大医疗管理有限责任公司因自身资金需求，计划自2025年10月14日至2026年1月11日通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式减持不超过1788万股公司股份，占公司总股本的3%。
其中，通过集中竞价方式减持不超过596万股，占公司总股本的1%；通过大宗交易方式减持不超过1192万股，占公司总股本的2%。
2025年中期，北大医药实现收入9.57亿元，归母净利润1.00亿元。
