财联社9月11日电，新炬网络(605398.SH)公告称，公司收到持股5%以上股东上海森枭投资中心的股份减持告知函，上海森枭于2025年9月11日通过集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份数量合计达到162.71万股，占公司总股本的1%。本次权益变动后，上海森枭的股份比例由6.29%减少到5.29%。
