台湾民众党前主席柯文哲遭羁押禁见近1年，9月8日以新台币7000万元交保。柯文哲10日上午前往桃园市一家寺庙，泪流满面祭拜父亲柯承发。
柯承发于2月17日在台大分院新竹医院过世，享寿94岁。告别式当天柯文哲仅获准参与家祭，在现场仅停留一个多小时。
