格隆汇9月11日｜Gucci母公司开云集团(Kering)表示，因专注于降低债务水平，预计将需要更多时间来行使购买时尚品牌华伦天奴(Valentino)剩余股权的选择权。公司声明指，开云集团须在2029年之前完成收购卡达Mayhoola持有的Valentino 70%股份的期限，比最初商定的时间延迟一年。
