9月10日，三湘印象（000863）发布公告，股东黄卫枝将其持有的6050万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的39.91%及公司总股本的5.12%；截至公告披露日，黄卫枝累计质押股份为1.52亿股，占其持股的99.93%及公司总股本的12.83%。
2025年中期，三湘印象实现收入3.77亿元，归母净利润592万元。
