新京报贝壳财经讯 9月9日，雅居乐集团控股有限公司（简称“雅居乐”）披露，2025年8月份，雅居乐预售金额合计为约5.8亿元，对应建筑面积为约6.6万平方米；平均价为每平方米8805元。
整体来看，2025年1-8月，雅居乐连同集团合营公司及联营公司以及雅居乐项目的预售金额合计为约62.7亿元，对应建筑面积为约67.7万平方米；平均价为每平方米9260元。
