七姐妹悬崖（又称七姐妹岩，英文名：Seven Sisters, Sussex）是位于英国南唐斯国家公园的白垩断崖海岸线，由七座相连的断崖组成，主体位于布莱顿与伊斯特本之间，从西到东，顺序以 Cuckmere Haven 以东，绵延起伏数公里。是英国最具代表的自然奇观之一。
