人民财讯9月8日电，合肥城建(002208)9月8日晚间公告，公司拟与中国房地产开发合肥有限公司（简称“中房合肥”）共同投资设立合肥启城置业有限公司，主要负责合肥市新站区XZ202501号地块的开发建设。合肥城建同日披露，全资子公司琥珀物业拟与中房物业共同投资设立合肥慧城运营管理有限公司。
