【财华社讯】科笛-B(02487.HK)公布，配售已于2025年9月5日根据配售协议的条款及条件完成。 配售代理已成功配售合共2890.4万股配售股份予TruMed Health Innovation Fund LP("TruMed")、Octagon Investments Master Fund LP及Octagon Private Opportunities Fund II LP，配售价为每股股份8.4港元。配售所得款项净额约为2.4亿港元。
