北京时间今日，曾执教过樊振东的中国国家乒乓球队资深教练吴敬平在个人微博中晒出前弟子樊振东在德国乒乓球甲级联赛中的图集，并发文送上鼓励。
吴敬平写道：“惟其艰难，方显勇毅。惟其磨砺，始得玉成。艰难处扎根，磨砺中绽放。”
在樊振东的德甲联赛首秀中，他所出战的两场比赛全部遭遇失利。此前吴敬平在第一时间发文表示，这对樊振东来说“不是一件坏事”。
