西海岸新区一橡胶轮胎生产项目拟搬迁。企业原址为开城路以北、海西路以西，新址为胶南街道办事处背儿山路租赁青岛锦泽金属制品有限公司现有厂房9202.27㎡，继续生产摩托车外胎和实心轮胎。企业完成搬迁后，产能不变（年产摩托车外胎100万条、实心轮胎100万条）。项目计划2025年12月开工建设，2026年1月建成投产，建设周期2个月。
