近日，记者从信用中国（辽宁大连）获悉，大连体育产业集团有限公司大连国际网球中心在消防改造提升工程施工过程中未经核准擅自处置700余吨建筑垃圾的行为，违反了《城市建筑垃圾管理规定》，被大连市沙河口区城市管理综合行政执法局罚款2.5万元。
