内蒙华电（600863）发布公告，公司总经理王珍瑞因工作调整申请辞职，辞职时间为2025年9月1日，原定任期至2027年12月14日。辞职后，王珍瑞将继续担任公司第十一届董事会董事及薪酬与考核委员会委员职务。公告指出，王珍瑞的辞职不会影响公司的经营管理，且他已按照公司相关制度完成交接工作。
2025年中期，内蒙华电实现收入98.27亿元，归母净利润15.57亿元。
