该债券由Blue Bright Limited发行，中航产融提供无条件且不可撤销担保担保。
发行人特此公告，其已于2025年8月29日完成回购上述债券总计本金金额267,550,000美元。因此，上述债券剩余未偿本金金额为32,450,000美元。
