Square Enix确认《勇者斗恶龙1+2 HD-2D重制版》已经顺利“压盘”，开发工作已全部完成。
为纪念这一里程碑，《勇者斗恶龙》官方账号分享了一张制作人早坂将昭与“勇者斗恶龙之父”堀井雄二的合影，并提醒玩家距离发售只剩下“两个月倒计时”。
《勇者斗恶龙1+2 HD-2D重制版》将于2025年10月30日在Switch与Switch 2以及PC、PS5和XSX|S平台推出。
