海南省气象局8月30日17时00分解除台风四级预警：今年第14号台风“蓝湖”（热带风暴级）16时30分前后在越南河静省和广治省交界附近沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力有8级（18米／秒），登陆后“蓝湖”持续减弱，对海南省影响趋于结束，海南省气象局从现在起解除台风四级预警。
