今晨8时第14号台风“蓝湖”生成，9时其中心位于距离越南广治省洞海市东偏北方向约125公里的海面上，强度热带风暴级（8级，18米/秒）。预计“蓝湖”将以每小时25-30公里的速度向偏西方向移动，强度变化不大。
