8月29日记者从中国裁判文书网获悉，江西乐安县法院审结了一起故意伤害案。该案被告人因怀疑妻子与他人存在不正当男女关系，路遇“假想情敌”时，驾驶三轮摩托车3次撞向对方，致其肋骨骨折，构成轻伤二级。法院判处被告人有期徒刑11个月。 封面新闻记者 曹菲 编辑 周珂冰
