近日，东莞市应急管理局发布《东莞虎门金色里程地铺监控门禁安装作业“4.17”一般触电事故调查报告》，事故调查报告显示，2025年4月17日，阮某在未取得《中华人民共和国特种作业操作证》、未断电且未采取安全防护措施的情况下开展工作，导致其触电身亡。事故造成1人死亡，直接经济损失约人民币125万元。
