为防止投机购房、推高房价，韩国国土交通部8月26日起将实施新规，以限制外国人购房，时限为一年。新规将首尔全域以及京畿道23个市郡、仁川7个自治区划为外国人土地交易许可区。外国个人、企业或政府机构在许可区内购买6平方米以上的住宅，须事先获得政府批准，获批后4个月内入住且实际居住至少两年。违者将面临最高达房价10%的罚款，交易许可或被取消。（央视财经）
