北京时间8月25日晚间，英伟达宣布新一代机器人计算平台Jetson Thor开发套件（developer kit）和生产模块（production modules）上市。该计算平台于去年3月发布，此次上市意味着市面上可用的英伟达机器人计算平台算力再次提升。今日的媒体交流会上，英伟达机器人与边缘计算副总裁Deepu Talla表示，英伟达2014年推出针对嵌入式系统的移动超级计算机Jetson系列，至今大约10年时间里，Jetson的AI性能提升了7000倍。与上一代的Jetson Orin相比，Jetson Thor的AI计算性能是Orin的7.5倍，能源效率是Orin的3.5倍。（第一财经记者 郑栩彤）
