8月21日，安信新目标混合（003030）发布公告，基金经理发生变更。新任基金经理应隽于2025年8月19日正式任职。共同管理本基金的其他基金经理为聂世林。同时，基金经理张睿因工作需要于2025年8月19日离任。
应隽的证券从业年限为18年，曾在中国农业银行和东兴证券等公司担任投资经理。现任安信基金管理有限责任公司固定收益部基金经理。
