人民财讯8月20日电，蔚蓝锂芯(002245)8月20日晚间公告，公司全资子公司TenpowerMalaysia Sdn Bhd（简称“马来西亚天鹏”）8月19日与能元科技股份有限公司（台湾公司，简称“台湾能元”）签署了《合作框架协议书》，双方将进行特定产品开发合作、试产及验证、委托代工，并成立合资公司进行产品销售。
