8月19日布谷网建材成交数据显示，全国28城螺纹钢均价3166元/吨，环比降19元 。区域分化明显，拉萨酒钢Φ20（HRB400E ）3300元/吨领涨（+50元 ），昆明昆钢Φ18（HRB400E ）2920元/吨领跌（-30元 ）。基差方面，多数城市为正（如拉萨174 ），南昌、成都、昆明为负（昆明 - 206 ），反映不同地区现货与期货2510合约的价差博弈。价格涨跌受区域供需（如工程开工、库存周转 ）、期货走势影响，拉萨因资源稀缺等涨，昆明等需求疲软、供应压力大而跌，后续需关注期货波动、终端采购恢复，看区域价差能否收敛 。
