【美国30年期抵押贷款利率下降10个基点 创2月份以来最大降幅】财联社8月13日电，美国抵押贷款银行家协会(MBA)周三发布的数据显示，截至8月8日当周，30年期固定抵押贷款的合约利率下降10个基点，至6.67%，录得2月份以来的最大降幅。15年期抵押贷款的利率四个月来首次回落至6%以下。若房贷融资成本持续下降，这将有助于为处于困境中的房地产市场注入新的活力。
