石油输出国组织（欧佩克）8月12日发布月度石油市场报告，预测全球石油市场将比此前预期更加紧张，理由包括需求增长加速，而竞争对手的供应增长放缓。由于对经济前景的预期增强，欧佩克将2026年全球日均需求增长预估上调了10万桶，达到140万桶，略高于今年的增长。同时，该组织将欧佩克以外的供应增长预测下调了同等幅度。
