8月12日，浩通科技（301026）公告称，为促进公司长远发展，进一步加强控股子公司江西浩博新材料科技股份有限公司的运营管控，公司拟以自有资金610.9549万元受让上海锦瑭联金属有限公司所持有浩博2%的股权（对应认缴注册资本金940万元人民币，实缴注册资本530万元）。
