8月12日，苏州市住房公积金管理中心发布《关于进一步扩大住房公积金使用范围的通知》（以下简称《通知》），通知自2025年9月1日起施行，有效期2年。
《通知》明确，下调住房公积金贷款首付款比例：使用住房公积金贷款购买家庭首套或第二套自住住房的，首付款比例调整为不低于住房总价的15%。
此外，《通知》指出，优化住房公积金贷款使用次数认定标准，支持物业费提取住房公积金。
