张本智和说：“在王楚钦出去换T恤时，我正坐着，起身时扭到了膝盖。
“并不是说不能使用医疗暂停。对方也应该在场内换衣服，我选择了闭口不谈。但当时我的膝盖状况让我觉得如果进入决胜局可能会出问题，所以我做出了决定。”
