8月11日，中国金茂（00817）发布公告，2025年7月份，公司及其附属公司取得签约销售金额84.6亿元，签约销售建筑面积38万平方米。截至2025年7月31日止7个月，公司累计取得签约销售金额共计618.07亿元，累计签约销售建筑面积277万平方米。
此外，截至2025年7月31日，公司已录得已认购（未签约）物业销售金额共计5.67亿元。
需要注意的是，上述签约销售金额的数据统计未计入公司的物业租金收入。
