新京报贝壳财经讯 8月10日，路维光电发布公告称，公司近日收到公司控股股东、实控人杜武兵，持股5%以上股东肖青分别出具的承诺函，杜武兵和肖青自愿承诺自2025年8月18日起未来6个月内，不以任何方式减持直接持有的公司股份。
