弗拉格勒今年25岁，他参加了2023年NBA选秀但遗憾落选。他在同年10月19日与雷霆签约但随后被裁，在10月31日他加盟雷霆发展联盟下属球队俄克拉荷马城蓝队。
2024年2月12日，他和雷霆签下双向合同。在2024-25赛季，他打了37场比赛，场均5.5分钟得到1.8分0.7篮板0.3助攻，三项命中率为26/19.4/50%。
