8月7日，西域旅游（300859）发布公告，控股子公司西域赛湖与新疆昱鉴签署了《委托运营管理合同》。该合同自双方盖章并签字之日起生效，试运营期为2025年12月31日止，委托运营期为2026年1月1日至2031年12月31日。
合同的签署旨在将“遇见赛湖”项目委托给新疆昱鉴进行运营管理，预计将对公司未来经营业绩产生积极影响，但具体程度需视履行情况而定。
2025年一季度，西域旅游实现收入1624万元，归母净利润-2961万元。
