关于废止吉林市亚桥中学办学许可证的公告
经查，自2024年6月起，吉林市亚桥中学已无实际招生、办学行为，且该学校的民办学校办学许可证于2024年12月31日到期，处于自然废止状态。吉林市教育局根据《行政许可法》第七十条,《民办教育促进法实施条例》第五十条第一、三、四款之规定，公告废止上述学校的民办学校办学许可证。
民办学校办学许可证废止后，不再具备办学资格。上述学校应自行组织清算并及时到法人登记机关办理注销登记。
