夏日炎炎，在皖北煤电集团麻地梁煤矿副井口入井等候室附近，经常能看到上下井职工在这里吃雪糕、喝饮料的场景。入夏以来，该矿出台各种“凉策”。食堂和副井口不间断提供解暑的绿豆汤，不定时提供免费的西瓜，满足了职工多样化的防暑降温需求。(胡云峰)
