8月4日，应内蒙古自治区防指请求，国家防总办公室会同国家粮食和物资储备局调拨编织袋、复膜编织布、长丝土工布、防洪铅丝网、抢险舟艇、排水泵、发电机、照明设备等1.3万余件中央应急抢险救灾物资（防汛抗旱类），支持内蒙古做好抗洪抢险工作。
