7月31日，北京市怀柔区琉璃庙镇大地村，搜救人员正蹚水经过被洪水冲毁路段，准备入村排查。
目前，受灾村庄的群众已经得到安全转移，排查工作等灾后恢复工作正有序进行。受损的道路、电力和通信设施，也在紧急抢修中。
